You will be staying in someone’s home and we request you to please treat it with care and respect. Guests can access the entire cottage and the bonfire pit. The cottage is for 6 guests in 3 rooms but can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
We humbly request you to adhere to the following guidelines during your stay at the cottage:
1. The number of guests should not exceed the actual guests at the time of booking.
2. Extra bed (maximum 2, in excess of 6 guests) can be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge of Rs. 800 per bed per day (to be paid at the property) and includes breakfast.
3. Please provide all documents and identification at the time of checking-in.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Smoking within the villa rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
7. Alcohol consumption is allowed within limits. No alcohol is served at the property.
8. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the premises during their stay.
9. No commercial photography is permitted without prior intimation and permission.
10. Outside food is allowed in the villa and can be arranged through deliveries. Party can be arranged at a local venue. However, BBQ and bonfire (during winter months) can be arranged at the property.
11. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially at night or early in the morning, as this is a very quiet area. Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm.
12. Please use water judiciously. Be mindful of water consumption.
13. Please switch off geysers, lights, fans and other electrical appliances when not in use.
14. Please report issues promptly. If something is broken or not working, inform the caretaker as soon as possible.
15. Please confirm the food menu at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
16. Request you to adhere to the house rules and timings for food, check-in and check-out.
17. Our staff will be available during the meal time and house-keeping time only:
Breakfast: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Lunch: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
18. No plucking of flowers.
19. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. One number lock safe is provided in the cottage for safe keeping of your valuables, However, the Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
20. Any damage to property, fixtures and/or equipment will have to be rectified or invite settlement by the guests at check-out.
21. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
